PureSafety values and proactively facilitates peer networking. Our PureSafety Knowledge Exchange is a series of regional events bringing together professionals with similar industry challenges to network, learn about developments in technology and at PureSafety, and share thoughts, questions and concerns in a relaxed peer group setting. We also help organize customer alliance groups and events to encourage information-sharing and development of best practices in specific industry sectors.

OHM has been a customer-driven software solution right from the beginning in 1986, so it's no surprise that our User Group and Forum offerings for OHM customers are even more extensive. Every year, PureSafety brings customers together for OHM User Group meetings, held in regional cities that offer traveling convenience to the largest possible percentage of our clients. These meetings allow users to discuss how OHM is used in their organizations and features they would like to see in future versions of OHM. We divide attendees into groups based on platform type so they can discuss the most relevant functions and best practices for their specific OHM solution. Every OHM User Group meeting is led by an OHM certified trainer, and other PureSafety representatives attend to be sure all of your questions are addressed properly.

To facilitate interaction between OHM users around the world, PureSafety also hosts the OHM User Community, an online forum where users can discuss OHM software features, share tips and best practices, ask questions, and get answers. An OHM certified trainer monitors the forum to ensure that users receive quick, accurate responses. Users can also search the forum by topic to find previously posted tips and solutions specific to immediate needs.
