PureSafety's powerful, innovative online safety training solutions adhere to AICC and SCORM standards, two important eLearning standards that ensure seamless integration and communication across different systems - and convenience for you. The Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee (AICC) standard has guided computer-based training since 1988. While it was created by the aviation industry, it is used across all industries. The Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), a standard targeted directly at the web-based training market, is built upon the work of AICC, IEEE, and other organizations. SCORM and AICC allow Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support diverse content provided either by the original LMS provider or third-party vendors. Many LMS platforms support the standards, making the inclusion of PureSafety courses virtually seamless, and enabling our courses to successfully communicate information such as bookmarks and completion data. Similarly, because the PureSafety Enterprise LMS adheres to these standards, customers can easily deliver third-party AICC and SCORM compliant courses through our LMS. |
