Except as expressly provided herein, you, the customer (the "Customer") are prohibited from using any material available at this web site.

Limited License

All success stories, case studies, white papers, press releases, datasheets and frequently asked questions (FAQs) (collectively, the "Documents") made available for viewing from www.puresafety.com web site (the "Site") are the copyrighted works of PureWorks, Inc. ("PureWorks"). Except as specifically provided in this legal notice ("Notice"), Customer shall not make copies of the Documents, prepare derivative works based upon the Documents, distribute copies of the Documents to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending, display the Documents publicly; nor should the Customer import the Documents into any medium. Reservation of Rights to All Content.

Except as expressly provided above, PureWorks expressly reserves all of its rights in all the Content (as defined below) on the Site. The Customer is expressly prohibited from making any use, be it commercial or non-commercial, of the Content without obtaining prior written consent from PureWorks.
